Bringing Out the Tarp

Deer Cover

Hurricane Sandy is slated to bring heavy wind and rain to our area starting as early as tomorrow.  In fact, if you look at the photo at the bottom of this page, the Hurricane will be sitting and spinning RIGHT on top of my house on Tuesday at 2pm. Needless to say, there are all sorts of preparations underway in the wake of this storm.  But this is one I saw today that just has me scratching my head.  I am just not quite sure what is going to be protected, but I have a sneaking suspicion that once these 70 mph winds kick up, that tarp will be long gone.  October 27, 2012
